There are nearly 1.3 billion young people (aged 15-24) in the world. 1 billion of them want an extra job. Until now, no other company has made this problem their own. Our app, Yepstr is now Sweden's largest platform for simple and safe teenage-jobs like babysitting, tutoring and dog-minding. We now need your help as our future Customer Success Manager to put the last pieces into place before we shift focus from Sweden to the World.


Yepstr is now looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure that we give our business customers a fantastic experience. When you succeed, larger and larger business customers will decide to give Yepstr a try - which means more young people will get jobs. Something that is particularly difficult for young people now in this time of Corona.

You will join Yepstr at a super exciting growth-phase, early enough to really make your mark. Through your work you will help young people to get their first job and at the same time help companies find help. In particular you will be opening their eyes to the fact that there are super-driven and talented young people out there. Young people who have just been waiting for a chance to prove themselves. 

So what would you actually be doing? As soon as a new business customer has signed a contract you will take charge and reach out to get a better understanding of what they need. Do they need a Yep (Young entrepreneur) who is great at sales? Or maybe at admin? Or someone who is great at just getting lots of stuff done? You will then use that information to match the job with the right person in our database. Over time you will develop your own ranking systems to ensure that we get better and quicker at matching people to jobs.

As our Customer Success Manager you will be a leader in Yepstr from day one. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our business customers are happy and keep coming back - but also to ensure that the pool of Yeps (Young Entrepreneurs) you have is first class. This means coaching them from time to time and being part in developing material for them to keep improving. When one of your Yeps gets offered a full-time job we celebrate together, because then you've helped them take a big step into the labor market and that's amazing.

To succeed in this role we think that you will ideally be extrovert and enjoy building relationships with people. We also think it's important that you are an organized person (or at least at work! ;) and that you have good experience in working with spreadsheets for example. Finally we think it's important that you don't get stressed too easily. There will be customers who aren't happy and there will be things missed along the way. We are doing this together and we don't expect you to be perfect. Nobody is!


Responsibilities

  • Taking the handover from Sales and delivering what they need (for example "We need five Yeps next week to help us at our corporate event!")

  • Building a good relationship with the customer so they prefer to speak with you (and not Sales)

  • Communicating effectively with your Yeps (so that you quickly match a Yep to a job and always have a backup ready)

  • Managing your pool of Yeps (motivating and coaching but also giving honest feedback or closing an account if a Yep continuously doesn't perform)

We are looking for someone who ...

  • Likes meeting new people and building relationships

  • Likes working with young people and helping them succeed

  • Is structured and likes spreadsheets

  • Likes to take lead and say "leave it to me - I'll sort it out!"

  • Can handle a bit of stress. Sometimes Yeps cancel. Sometimes business customers have unrealistic expectations. It won't always be easy, but we're with you all the way. Don't be too hard on yourself when you drop the ball, we all do.

  • Likes people and likes having fun along the way!

Big plus if you have any of these...

  • Previous startup experience or working for a smaller company

  • Previous experience in a staffing or recruitment company

  • Experience from working with young people

  • Project leadership / project management

  • Analytical background
