About the job: 

We intend to step up our digital presence through the implementation of a new communication strategy focused on the introduction of industry-relevant content. Essentially, the goal will be to set up the OBI+ digital footprint by creating relevant content, activating appropriate channels and analyzing the overall performance.

Specific tasks and responsibilities include:

• Actively contributing to the marketing and communication strategy
• Developing and managing new campaigns from ideas to execution
• Drive marketing-qualified leads to the sales team
• Track and improve the efficiency of the selected marketing channels
• Optimize and experiment to improve key metrics and inbound quality

About you:

You are not afraid to take Initiative, suggest new ideas and methods that push the work to the next level. You are an ambitious, analytical and energetic person. Hungry to show what you are capable of when given the chance to actively contribute. You are staying up to date with the latest growth hacking and digital marketing trends.

Specific skills and qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in planning digital marketing campaigns, content creation and distribution.
• Adequate track record in creating traffic, leads and conversion.
• Confidence in your writing skills in English and preferably other languages.
• Knowledge of various marketing channels and technologies.
• Basic technical literacy is necessary.
