We're looking for a project manager with expertise in Marketing and/or Design to work with us continuously on a project basis!

As a Project Manager at Upbeater you’re responsible for:

• Managing the projects from start to finish

• Supporting our students and quality assure the work they performed

• Be the contact person towards the project owners throughout the whole projects

• Making sure that set goals are reached within agreed timelines and budget

Who we're looking for:

We think that you have some work experience as a concept designer, content creator, digital marketer, UX/UI designer or from a similar area, and that you have a broad understanding of digital and visual communication.

We think that you're a team player who likes to create, implement and execute as well as guiding others in the process of reaching results. Maybe you're now looking to gain some management experience?

You might currently be freelancing or have other reasons for wanting to work on a project basis. Maybe it just suits your style?

• Always make sure that your work is professional and that you deliver quality results without being to much of a perfectionist (we work with startups so realizing what's good enough to keep budget is key)

NOTE. We're not looking for a project manager who is bound to old school project management tools or methods. We're looking for someone who's organized and customer services minded and know how it is to work on design or marketing projects.
