Our company seeks to provide an aesthetic environment to workers and families, by delivering a variety of services, such as private and industrial cleaning, constructions, gardening, etc. Our goal is to double the size of the company by the end of the year 2019. A strategic plan got laid out on how we achieve this.
The responsibility of the bookkeeper is to maintain records of financial transactions and ensure that legal requirements are met on the subject.
In present, we primarily use Billy's Billing app for bookkeeping.
The Bookkeeper's job duties:
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
- Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Aside of standard house and office cleaning, we deliver window cleaning, interior and exterior painting, gardening, floor polishing, water vacuuming and paving. The team contains 5 subcontractor teams (each teams have 2 employees), an admin, a marketing expert and a product officer.

We are young, very open and fun people and we work closely together as we move through life. :) We sometimes hold weekend barbecue parties at the home-base where we let the steam off and enjoy each other's presence.
