Are you a graphic designer with previous experience working with webpage design and UX? We are looking for a creative genius who wants to help us make recruitment great again 🌟

What you will be doing 

• Unfold your creativity and solve complex design tasks concerning data management, data presentation and data analysis. Most of your tasks will be in relation to webpage design. Your work will benefit both clients and colleagues, as we depend on your learnings and inputs to create the ultimate User Experience for both recruiters and job applicants.
• Produce high-quality and creative design which is in alignment with the visual identity of Talenthub
• Learn about the connections that design and development have to each other as you collaborate with our developers and create solutions and new functionalities for our software and products. You will get to work in close collaboration with team members from various backgrounds, such as developers, business analysts and sales representatives.
• Create content for advertising purposes such as different marketing material in the form of pictures, illustrations and texts for our webpage and SoMe. If you also have experience with Animation-design, motion-graphics or video content this would be highly valued and a great plus!
• Be self-sufficient in managing your schedule and deadlines.
• Participate positively and constructively in discussions about the visual identity of the product and our brand.
• Take part in developing visual guidelines and brand identity for Talenthub in collaboration with our lead designer. 

You will join a small team of 10 young colleagues who are ambitious about the products and software we provide to our clients. In this job, you get a ton of responsibility and influence. You will get to create graphic design and brand identity for a new product that is cutting edge within HR and recruitment 💪

At Talenthub, you are likely to gain new friends, as we prioritize social events during the year. Therefore, you will get the opportunity to participate in game nights, Friday-bars, annual summer-seminar, skiing-trip etc. 

Please note that this is a part-time position. However, if you are a good fit for the role and prove your worth, we are looking for someone interested to join the team full-time in the foreseeable future.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are outgoing and like to work in collaboration with people from different backgrounds. However, you still need the motivation to delve deep into independent tasks. You should be passionate about your field of work and stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies. You need to be quality-conscious and have a natural flair for aesthetics. 

What you need to qualify for this position:

• Former experience with webpage design, preferably with a basic understanding of simple coding in HTML and/or CSS
• An expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (Mostly Adobe XD and Illustrator)
• A natural interest and knowledge about user interfaces and user behaviour
• Creative, open-minded, impact-oriented and not afraid of sharing your ideas
• Experience and interest in animation/motion graphics are considered a huge plus! But it is not a requirement to qualify for this position!
