We are looking for an exceptionally structured, clever and friendly Customer Love Representative to join the Customer Experience team.

Our customer experience is a fundamental part of Organic Basics. The Customer Love team provides our customers with exceptional experiences, making sure that customers feel at ease at all steps along the customer journey. 

Your daily tasks at OB will include: 

• Acting as the voice of Organic Basics on the front lines, delivering best-in-class, delightful customer experiences via phone, email and chat 
• Becoming a product and process expert
• Processing returns and quality checking items
• Repacking orders and restocking the warehouse
• Solving lost package issues and handling daily communication with our warehouse
• Representing the voice of the customer within OB; categorizing and feeding relevant insights back to the respective departments
• Taking part in tackling short and long-term projects to optimize processes
• Helping implement new tools and technologies to scale the Customer Love department

You are:

• Structured, clever and friendly.
• A fast learner and a team-player.
• You can manage your work at a high pace and move through your different tasks with humor and ease. 
• You have flawless language skills in English, Danish and preferably a third language.
• You’re passionate about our planet and want to help create the change you would like to see in the world.
