Here at Pleo we are busy building our Transaction monitoring team, and are looking for someone technical and numbers-driven to help build up our transaction monitoring efforts. So we're looking for someone who loves data, has a keen interest within payments and/or transaction monitoring, but feels like they're missing out on the bigger picture.

The role we're talking about here will give you a panoramic view over customer spending - across all countries, industries, and clients. This will give you the chance to be a generalist in the space, and will give you plenty of room for autonomy and ownership. You'll be able to tackle both fraud and AML head on, and will have a chance to help and steer the ways that we approach transaction monitoring at Pleo.

You'll also have the chance to see hands-on how scaling at such a fast speed brings complex problems - and your analyses and insights will help management figure out how to best solve them. This could be by exploring new markets and their respective jurisdictions, gaining a lot of industry knowledge, and help us to push the envelope on new fronts when it comes to things like tracking new fraud- and money laundering typologies.
