We are looking for a digital content specialist with a data-driven mindset to join our growing international team of professionals.

As a digital content specialist, you will be responsible for planning and creating content, which helps our customers to use Jenny chatbot platform more effectively and help our sales team to serve our potential clients.

You will also contribute strongly to our increasing visibility in the online environment – your main focus area being organic search. You will be the third member of our digital marketing team. Our entire team is focused on our clients and product, so you will be working in close cooperation with our customer success and sales teams.

These qualities describe you:

• You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and you enjoy writing
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience (content creation/content marketing)
• You are interested in planning and creating content based on the combination of analytics, benchmarks and market understanding   
• You have developed your own strategies for overcoming writer's blocks
• Want to challenge yourself and continuously develop your skillset
• You have excellent time management skills and are not afraid to lead multiple overlapping content projects
• Team player with “WE can do this" attitude  
• A suitable study background (university or university of applied sciences)

We consider as a bonus:

• A proven track record of developing the organic search visibility/traffic for an organization
• Experience of working in a SaaS company
• Experience of using Hubspot marketing software and/or Google Analytics
• Experience of buzzwords: chatbots, live chat, CX 
• Skills in any other areas that are needed in building inbound / growth marketing
• Working proficiency in another Nordic or European language. The GetJenny team currently speaks: Finnish, Italian, Russian, Swedish and English.
