Business Development Manager (Swedish speaking)

GetJenny is on a mission to automate robot-like stuff so everyone can focus on what they love to do. We have dozens of happy customers and a great product. Now, we are heading to the international markets. We are looking for a new Business Development Manager focused on the Swedish market to accelerate our growth.


As an ideal Business Development Manager, you are an experienced sales professional who wants to deliver GetJenny’s service – a customer service chatbot platform – to new customers. You already have experience in B2B-sales and a proven track record from prospecting to closing combined to a go-getter attitude. You’ll get to build your own sales pipeline and proactively manage and grow it.

We consider as a great plus if you have knowledge about selling SaaS solutions or experience in international sales. For most of the time, you can work from GetJenny’s cool office in Helsinki city centre, but as the business grows, we hope you are ready for more frequent travelling in the Nordics.

We want you to join us in our quest to take over the world, one deal at a time. We are ready to help you to get your sales game on and develop your skill set as an international sales professional even further. Our amazing Customer Success team takes care of the fruits of your labour (those new customers) so you can focus on what you do best! Easy-going and flexible working environment, modern tools as well as competitive salary without commission limits are also part of the package.

We are looking for a sales superstar with:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales (minimum 2 years) and a proven track record of managing all stages of the sales pipeline and delivering great results
  • Suitable study background (for example in business or tech) and preferably international working experience
  • Fluent skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

As a person, you have:

  • Desire to make a dent in the universe (or at least in the Swedish market, young industry, and our company)
  • Go-getter attitude. You are not afraid of challenges nor do you expect ready answers for every situation
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

 We highly value your expertise and experiences in:

  • Selling SaaS services especially for the SME sector, enterprise customers and/or public sector
  • International sales and opening new markets (especially in Sweden)
  • Any and all additional language skills (Finnish is not mandatory for this position)
