We are seeking a Growth and Traffic Lead with a background in performance marketing and SEO. Habity is a startup from Stockholm that are going to transform the international housing market. Your responsibilities ranging from leading our growth strategies to product development in partnership with engineering and design. As a leader of Growth and Traffic you are also responsible for setting the standards and structures for performance marketing and SEO. You are a generalist that loves technology.
Responsibilities
- Overall traffic and growth strategy.
- Establishing a full-funnel approach from awareness and acquisition to retention and referral.
- Deciding the importance of search, performance marketing, direct mail and affiliates.
- Introducing key metrics across own and paid channels.
- Creative ideas regarding product and performance marketing.
- Align with product managers, engineers and designers, so all traffic and growth metrics function together.
- Communicate growth and traffic strategies to stakeholders and team members.
- Be economically aware and managing resources with respect.
- Never discriminate on the basis of religion, origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.
- Having fun and sometimes fail.
Experience
- 5+ years of professional performance marketing or SEO.
- Education in engineering, digital marketing or media.
- Strategic expertise in online, digital or software production.
- Perfect writing in both English and Swedish.
- Highly collaborative and cross-functional team experience.
