The Job

The Customer Experience Team at SUPERB is looking for an Italian Customer Experience Manager! You will be working in one of the most exciting and dynamic SaaS international start-ups in Copenhagen. Our team is dedicated to ensuring we help the world's best restaurants use our GXM platform to deliver the best experience possible to their guests.

As our new Customer Experience Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, and be working closely with our entire CX team to proactively engage with our Italian clients ensuring a premium experience, high product adoption and helping uncover expansion opportunities within your client portfolio. This is a commercial role with a high emphasis on customer satisfaction, product adoption, revenue retention & growth.

 

What You'll Do 

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by understanding your each customer's restaurants objectives and needs
  • Provide world class on-boarding of new clients and ensuring the timely deployment of GXM for your clients
  • Proactively engage and monitor product adoption to ensure restaurants and internal stakeholders goals are being met 
  • When needed, provide onsite training and QBR’s to your clients to ensure the highest customer satisfaction
  • Promote your customer's guest experience and success story in our SUPERB community, and other marketing channels
  • Responsible for entire revenue and growth of your portfolio with a focus on lifetime customer value
  • Identify and close growth opportunities within your portfolio yourself or with a sales executive
  • Think out of the box to provide clients with those 'wow' moments when the time is right. We want to do something different!

 

Who you are

  • Outstanding communicator with energy and passion for your customers and their outcomes with our product
  • Strong track record in managing a large customer portfolio which includes product adoption and revenue targets
  • 3-5 years of customer success, customer experience or account management roles in SaaS or tech environments preferred
  • You possess outstanding stakeholder management skills which will be key to your success in this role
  • Ability to understand and comprehend complicated technical requirements and communicate them in a comprehensible way to our clients
  • You are always ready for change. This is a start-up, we have not figured everything out yet!
  • Fluent in both written and verbal Italian is a must. Proficient English is needed as it's our company language
