PatientSky reduces the distance between patient and healthcare provider through a palette of communication tools, mobile apps and web applications. Our products include schedule software, com. tools, journal etc., and we are looking for talented people who will help us build the next generation of products that will build on (1) structured information, (2) bringing the practitioners and patients closer together and (3) facilitating patients to take more ownership/control of their situation

The role and daily work:

As developer in PatientSky you will be working with some of the hottest technologies in frontend development such as ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, SIP, WebRTC, WebSocket and more.

You will participate in, and potentially in the future lead, further development of the PatientSky web-based and mobile applications.

To equip our developers with enough domain knowledge, we have partnered up with a handful of Norwegian clinics that we visit from time to time. We involve our customers in the product development cycle and as a developer - you should not be afraid of getting your hands dirty with elements from interaction design, co-design and tons of prototyping.

The Technology:

ReactJS, TypeScript and LESS is tools that you need to know. In addition if would be a plus if you are familiar with Swift / Objective-C and/or Java and React Native. We use Git for version control and have in-house hosting facilities, that will host and serve our products to millions of patients.

You are a passionate person with the desire to contribute as a team member as well as individually. Knowledge and continuous learning is something that motivates you, and you are happy to share your expertise with your colleagues, regardless of whether they are developers, designers or project managers.

Your Qualifications

• You have 2+ years’ experience as a developer

• Great insight and experience in the frontend technology stack

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software development, engineering or similar

• Fluent in English, written and oral

• You must live in or near Copenhagen (it's not a remote position)

FrontEnd development tools and libs changes a lot these years (seriously, who can keep up?), and we do not expect you to know all our tool beforehand. You are a person who is ready to adapt and eager to learn, because we strive to try out all the new stuff.
