ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. You will serve our customers and be their point of contact. We work proactively with our customers and you will be assigned your own accounts that you will be responsible for. The success of ChurchDesk is aligned with the success of our customers and we do this by helping the church meet more people and support their strategic goals. Your job is to help the church achieve this both on a practical and strategic level.
You'll be working closely with our Customer Success Team that is responsible for training and education. That means you will be in charge of identifying areas of improvement and make sure they get the appropriate training from your colleagues. You won't be doing the consulting yourself but we expect that you identify the needs and follow-up to make sure the customer constantly benefits from ChurchDesk.
