We are now looking for an experienced Growth Hacker to spearhead our online customer acquisition growth.

You’ll find creative ways to help increase the number of subscribers and user engagement. You’ll work closely with marketing and product development and take the lead role in customer acquisition and implementing our growth strategy.

Key responsibilities and deliverables:

• Take responsibility for profit, revenue and quality KPI’s.
• Develop and test (together with the team) creative ideas on how to grow KPI’s using channels such as web, ads, content, social, community, product, etc.
• Prioritize and optimize growth channels to improve performance
• Analyze user data and feedback for actionable insights
• Use referral marketing to create viral growth

Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to take a data-driven approach in every situation
• 3+ years of experience in growth hacking and demand generation at a high growth tech startup
• Experienced with Search Engine Optimization, online marketing, performance marketing, visual marketing, web development, and implementation.
• Experience building and/or using A/B testing tools including experience running numerous A/B experiments
• An entrepreneurial and creative spirit with a “Yes we can!” -attitude
• A university or applied sciences degree in business, marketing or related fields.
• Our target market is the US, so you need to be fluent in English.
