TechBBQ is Nordics largest tech and innovation summit . Our goal is to promote tech entrepreneurship and innovation , and to put Nordic region on the map as an important European innovation hub.

As our New TechBBQ’s Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for attracting attendees to join the largest startup summit in Scandinavia and elevating our marketing efforts to the next level! We are a small, tight-knit team that works tirelessly to pull off the greatest possible event every year to further the Danish and Nordic startup ecosystem. TechBBQ is a non-profit organisation, by the community for the community.

You will be an integral part of the team behind the event.You will work closely with our team and will be an integral part of the management team guiding TechBBQ 2019 to success and have contact with a lot of different people - from industry leaders and entrepreneurs to investors and volunteers.

Main responsibilities entail:

- Develop and deliver design and Social Media content

- Develop and produce promo videos

- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

- Create Graphic design for the event

We are looking for someone :

- Know your online media communication from your LinkedIn communication

- Have experience with inDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator and Paint

- Have experience with video editing

- Can work well under pressure

- Understand graphic design

- Understand how to navigate in an environment with many stakeholders and diverse interests

Hours :

This is a volunteer position (10-20 hrs/w) with primary work hours Monday to Friday 9-17 at our office in Copenhagen. The closer we get to the event, the more hours you are required to put in and also working at least the weekend up to the event.
