LifeX is bringing community back to cities, and changing how people live. We rent apartments out to members from all over the world and build local communities. LifeX is looking for an ambitious rising star who will help us transform the Real Estate world and what it means to live in a city. In this role you will help us find new clients and build relationships across Real Estate and the startup world in Denmark, Germany, France, Austria, England, Spain and Sweden.

Day to day you will be tasked with generating Real Estate leads, arranging viewings and helping us kickstart our supply journey with as many apartments as possible

You will be based in Copenhagen, but be reaching out all across Europe - supporting those on the ground in each country.

What you'll do:

• Review Real Estate listings and identify high potential leads across Europe
• Reach out to leads and build relationships with agents
• Share connections to local Supply Managers in Germany, Austria, Denmark, France, England and Spain
• Test out new markets and conduct primary research
• Report to Head of Supply

Who you are:

• Owner of excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• Multilingual (at least three of English, German, French, Spanish, Danish)
• Able to work flexible or late hours
• Natural relationship-builder
• Ambitious and a self motivator
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and manage a lot of information about different cities
• Computer-literate and eager to learn new tools. Plus if you already know Hubspot.
• Enthusiastic, courteous and articulate
• Able and keen to learn quickly
• Goal- and target-driven
