At Swappie we're solving an interesting problem that will help reduce the e-waste produced. We believe in our mission of making used electronics more accessible for everyone.

We’re looking for Finnish speaking customer success agents who could work full-time at our office in Salmisaari and possibly our stores in the capital region. Your tasks would include customer service via chats, phone and face-to-face and developing our customer service experience further with your effort. The job would start during June-August.

We expect our Customer Success Agents to be self-starting problem solvers who can handle all the details of Swappie's product. This means you would also be learning about our warehouse processes, which include phone checking, repairs, and other tasks.

You have

• The ability to learn fast and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
• Self-starter attitude
• Interest in technology
• Good team working skills
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus)
• Previous experience in customer service (not required, but seen as a plus)
