The Customer Experience team at SUPERB is looking for an Italian Customer Support intern! You will have the opportunity to join one of the most exciting and dynamic SaaS international start-ups in Copenhagen, working closely with the world’s best restaurants and their rockstar chefs, ensuring that they can continually deliver the best possible experience to their guests.


As our new Customer Support Intern, you will report to the Head of Customer Experience and will work closely with our CX team to support and delight our Italian customers with everything from setting up special events to assisting with the optimisation of their daily operations. 

 

What You'll Do 

  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers via chat and support-related channels
  • Log all activities and conversations
  • Aid in new customer on-boarding and set up
  • Identify and escalate product related bugs
  • Ad Hoc translation of support & sales enablement materials
  • Proactively help migrate current customers to SUPERB's new GXM platform
  • Become an expert in GXM and take responsibility for our ever-growing Italian market.

 

Who you are

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Italian is a must (native). Proficiency in English is also required ( It’s our company language😉)
  • You are a problem solver with a flair for technology and software
  • The customer is at the center of everything you do and you strive to provide the best possible service.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Interested in SaaS start-ups, and contributing hands on to the customer experience team
  • As an outstanding communicator, you know how to communicate complex ideas clearly and win people over quickly!

Practicals

  • This is a 3-month  unpaid internship
  • Working hours will be approximately 10-20 Hours/week with ample opportunity to work from home
