Primary Responsibilities

You will work closely with the digital marketing manager to whom you are also reporting. Example of activities that you will be working on: 

• Identify and escalate social media trends/real-time opportunities in a timely manner
• Create monthly content calendar
• Publish all social media content at peak audience engagement times across channels
• Monitor and engage with audiences across social channels proactively and reactively in a timely manner
• Source niche and popular hashtags to leverage throughout the month
• Identify and flag influencers that align with brand on an ongoing basis
• Participate in brainstorms and content/campaign ideation sessions
• Suggest recommendations or content ideas based on post-performance or user engagement on an ongoing basis
• Collaboration with other teams
• Engage with our fast growing user base

Required Qualifications

• Social media experience; Experience with e-commerce brands is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with various SEO and non-SEO tools
• Ability to work well in teams and independently to meet goals and deadlines
• Experience creating and executing content strategies

Merited Qualifications

• UX and Digital experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Additional language skills
• Startup experience
• Interest in endurance sports
