Primary Responsibilities

• Plan the sales work in a structured manner with clear actions and targets
• Build and manage the sales funnel
• Approach prospects and clients
• Onboard clients in collaboration with the team
• Track sales metrics and report data on a regular basis
• Continuously improve the overall sales process to maximize conversions

Most of the sales work is carried out by phone, but you are occasionally expected to meet clients face-to-face, e.g. global industry fairs and summits.

Required Qualifications

• Previous Experience from working in a sales role with a proven track record in closing deals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Intrapersonal skills - you are an active listener with a natural ability to influence
• Business acumen with a commercial drive
• Technical proficiency and computer skills

Merited Qualifications

• Sales of a B2B application or service
• Additional language skills
• Startup experience
• Background from the endurance event industry
• Familiarity with commonly used digital tools, e.g. CRM applications, Google Apps (Sheets, Docs)
