Good monday is on a mission to change the way we think office management. Our first year just went by and it’s been a crazy ride. We are just about 25 employees, serve more than 70 offices in Copenhagen, 3000 employees and our international ambitions are sky high.
- We currently help more than 70 companies manage their office and free time for more exciting stuff through our partners, hardworking team and digital platform.
- Our client base is in all industries including some of the most exciting start-ups and scale-ups in Copenhagen.
- We have an ambition to be in 8 - 10 mayor capitals at the end of 2020
- We have received funding from SEED Capital, Pre-Seed Ventures and Creandum (Spotify, Klarna etc)

Your role will be the main driver and General Manager of Århus - closing new clients, creating partnerships with suppliers and creating a strong foothold for Good Monday.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients
- Develop sales plans and executing on them
- Develop supplier plans and executing on them
- Book and prepare meetings
- Hiring talent
- Build and maintain a prosperous pipeline with our CRM system
- Onboard new clients working closely together with Customer Succes and Customer Care
Preferred qualifications
- An entrepreneurial approach to everything you do
- Believe you can help clients create a better office experience for their employees through sale of our platform
- Being familiar with sales (outbound calls, follow ups, meetings and off course being able to close the deal in a way that makes sense for both Good Monday and the client.
- Strong self-motivation and an obvious competitive, results-driven attitude
- Willingness to take risks and think out of the box
- The ability to come up with your own plans and tactics for each client
- Thrives working under pressure
- Knowing Salesforce is a plus
- Great English and Danish skills
- A cool attitude and a winner mentality
- Most importantly - being ready to take this company and your career to the next level
