We are looking for a digital native who can operate and moderate our digital forum. We currently have 150+ members, but expect to see a significant growth in  the coming years. We are looking for a part-time role who can build the strategy, lead the forum, create engagement and moderate a rapidly growing digital community. 

This is an unpaid role, but we offer interesting compensation for the right person in the form of free access to our global strategy training programs, as well as potential stock options in a rapidly growing SaaS company.

About you:

•   Digital Native

• Social media savy 

• Excellent writing skills

• Understand how to build a digital strategy, engage users and create a thriving online community 

• Like to work hard, get thing things done, have fun, deliver on deadlines and do amazing work. Like the rest of us.

The Role:

• (part-time) - Build our global online community strategy 

• Moderate and run the forum on a weekly basis 

• Time spent per week is entirely up to you, and will be defined in discussions with the right person

Compensation 

This is an unpaid role. For now. 

Instead, we offer you free access to all Strategy Tools Training & Development Programs. 

You will have free access to Strategy Tools Master Trainer (five day program), Strategy Tools Simulation Certification (two day program) and all our global events, both online and offline. 

After the first three months, we will also discuss your stock options and opportunity to participate in our employee share program, to become a co-owner of Strategy Tools.
