Cerebriu is a medical imaging AI company improving workflow efficiency and quality in radiology. Our approach is to automate less specialized tasks removing time spent on patients and images with no clinically relevant findings. We are looking for a legal student who’d like to join us to work with our team getting legal agreements including data processing agreements, collaboration agreements, and other forms of contracts established and maintained, liaison with our external legal counsel.
We expect you’ll be working on the following:
- Legal strategy including establishing a framework for legal management in liaison with external legal counsel
- Establish various agreement and contract templates to support our needs including compliance related agreements when working within GDPR and health records
- Establish and maintain a contract management system including procedures
- Support the team in preparation of negotiations and in legal communication
- Related ad hoc tasks
