Are you Worksome’s next Growth Hacker and are you ready to join a fast growing Danish startup trying to disrupt the traditional labor market? 

Growing our business...

We are moving from the startup stage to the scale up stage, and that means business is booming. Therefore, we need a business generalist, who can join us at Langelinie 15-20 hours per week, and help us further ramp up and accelerate our markets. The ideal applicant is a business generalist, who wants to try and work with multiple parts of our business. This includes marketing, business development, customer success, and a whole range of other growth hacking areas we can think of together. 

Why? Because growth hacking is rarely achieved by focusing solely on one area of the business, but on multiple areas that play together.

Your tasks include the following:

• Research market trends and user behaviour to map out opportunities for growth in our current markets 
• Analyze our current strategies within marketing, customer success, and business development, and help us pinpoint areas for improvement
• Work with and contribute to new business development activities and growth strategies 
• Measure and improve growth hacking efforts to decide on which are no's and go's
• Improve, sustain, and maintain our current product together with the customer success team and development team
• Also keep in mind that Worksome is still a startup and there’s plenty of time for taking on tasks that pop up over time. The general mantras that we work under “it’s never not your job”

Skills/passions: 

• Startups, business development, design thinking, market expansion, new business models, platform economy.

Your profile/background: 

• Preferably, you are studying a relevant program at CBS, DTU, KU, IT-uni or similar. What we care most about is that you're passionate and eager to learn new stuff.
• Relevant resume with interesting jobs, projects and results
• Hardworking, easy-going, and a team-player
• Fluent in English
• We hire for attitude over skills

You'll join a team of 15 people with offices on Langelinie. We have a lot of fun together, while trying to win over the world.
