You will join a company with roots and heart in music. We’re a team of 50+ developers, engineers, product managers, and more, drawn from every corner of the globe. The common denominator? Music—we live and breathe the stuff.
We’ve launched a completely new platform, extended our product offering and are opening up for new clients. With these moves, our user base and traffic will keep growing rapidly. Simultaneously we are partnering with an increasing amount of DSP’s and leading services in the industry, allowing for more relevant data insights for our clients.

To successfully fuel our data insights both internally and client-facing, we need the support of a talented Python Engineer who has worked with or is interested in working with data transport and processing. Our data pipeline is powered by Kafka, Cassandra, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS services.
In this role, you'll be working very hands-on. But you will also have the opportunity to define and impact your own work by actively contributing to our efforts in optimizing and improving our data architecture and business logic.
You will join one of our full-stack development teams and work closely with our Data Engineer, while also being a cooperation partner to our DevOps team. Here, you will contribute to the team’s goal of ensuring consistent data for the insights in our core platform.

About Linkfire:
We’re a passionate team of music techies on a mission to make music consumption easier for fans, labels, and artists. The music industry is transforming constantly, the market is fragmented and split across many different platforms and services.
Physical sales are going down. Legal downloads and in particular streaming are gaining momentum.
The transformation will continue and the years to come will be very interesting. We want to contribute to the transformation by bringing music and fans closer. Not inside music services, but outside where fans and artists engage. Our approach is to index digital music across music services and provide smart links that route fans directly to the music regardless of their location or which player or platform they use. It’s complex.
We make it simple.
