CHOOOSE seeks a technical Growth Marketing Manager based in Oslo to join our fast-growing team.

As an early hire to the CHOOOSE Team, the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning and executing  an overarching growth marketing strategy, as well as shaping CHOOOSE’s marketing tech stack.

- Own CHOOOSE’s Marketing tech stack 

- Own CHOOOSE’s Programmatic marketing 

- Conceptualize and implement optimization strategies to meet and exceed volume and ROI targets 

- Develop business plans and forecasts, ensuring proper pacing against said plans and volumes 

- Have a passion for and knowledge of marketing technology advancements and proactively seek out opportunities to enhance our mar tech stack  

- Act as a liaison with other internal departments with vested interest in marketing tech advancements 

- Manage an intricate experimentation roadmap including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests 

- Work closely with CHOOOSE Management Team to support  other team projects and initiatives  

We are looking for someone who has: 

- Demonstrable track record of creative growth marketing, programmatic marketing and digital media 

- Direct experience with analytics & marketing tech suites such as Google Analytics, DCM, DoubleClick Search, Adjust, LiveRamp and mParticle 

- Deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPU and LTV 

- In depth knowledge of tracking systems and data transparency 

- In depth knowledge of how to leverage programmatic data for cross functional learnings ie behavioral analysis, path to conversion, etc. 

- Experience managing a small team with a large volume of demands 

- A naturally curious and passionate disposition.  

- A "one-speed" energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation. 

- Ability to speak and write in English and either Norwegian or Swedish fluently and idiomatically. 

- Ability to speak credibly and passionately about the CHOOOSE platform and the growing sustainability market.  

- Outstanding professional references.  

- A university degree, preferably in hard sciences.
