Voxo was founded in 2015 and provides a variety of services today based on machine learning and other cutting edge technologies. Voxo provides services to clients in Sweden and Europe today, and supports all Nordic and the larger European languages.

About the Position

The company is growing rapidly and is now looking for an entrepreneur-minded and driven COO. The scope of this position is both operative and strategic. Becoming a part of our growing team means endless opportunities and almost as many responsibilities.

As our COO you will be the interface between customers, the development team and the management team. Together with the CEO you will be responsible for taking Voxo to the next level. You will become a key team member in our expansion which requires you to be comfortable with giving presentations and traveling.

You will work closely with our partners so you can monitor the progress and find ways to improve the product and processes.

In your role you will:

• Manage, follow up and evaluate our partnerships
• Update and implement our market and growth strategy 
• Work to optimise product/market fit considering customer experience
• Work with internationalization and conduct market research
• Maintaining long term relationship with clients
• Approaching new clients
• Create presentations and marketing materials
• Establish and present reports such as timeline estimates, status reports and account service documentation
• Provide general administrative support of coordination of marketing and sales team output with customer expectations
