What

At Viggo, the Communications & SoMe assistant is the one person who really owns and creates the SoMe and email marketing content and communicates to our Swedish users.

The job will allow you to work with a wide range of tasks, such as actively creating email newsletters, maintaining inbound SoMe messages, creating content calendars, maintaining relationships with magazines, bloggers and Instagram influencers. 

You will also independently create content for social media, our blog, and other communications channels.

You will work closely with our Marketing Manager supporting and coordinating marketing initiatives. 

The role will give you the opportunity to develop your talent and work with tasks within your field of interest.

While we expect a lot from you, we also provide an opportunity where you can grow into more responsibility and a higher position.

You

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (you should enjoy writing and know how to tell a convincing story in writing)
• Independent, structured, detail-oriented work attitude
• Fluency in Swedish (native) and English. Danish skills are highly appreciated
• Experience with managing different social media channels, with a focus on Instagram & Facebook
• Experience in writing articles, press releases and blog posts is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of office tools such as Gmail, G Suite, Slack etc.
• Relevant prior work experience through internships, student jobs, etc.

You will be working from our office in the creative and cool Soho which is located in the Meatpacking District of Copenhagen (Kødbyen).
