Empirical Spirits is a flavor company. With a chef’s palate that focuses on flavor and detail, and a scientific philosophy on exploring the world around us, our company blends innovative techniques, fermentation, and high-quality local ingredients to create new discoveries in spirits. The business is growing rapidly and to keep up with the pace we need a Senior Project Manager to coordinate with various functional teams and run the day-to-day operations of priority projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with department heads to oversee day-to-day operations 
• Pull the cross functional team together to implement goals for growth set by the executive team
• Coordinate between sales, marketing, production, R&D and purchasing team to achieve the common KPIs of sales and production and other KPIs assigned by the executive team
• Facilitate cross functional collaboration to bring solutions to day-to-day problems and to maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Follow, improve and implement policies and processes to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate implementation of new products and services
• Motivate and maintain the morale of the functional teams
• Regular reporting to the Executive team

REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED QUALITIES

• 5+ years specific industry experience 
• Proven experience as a manager of teams
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Overall understanding of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
• Danish language skills preferred but not required
