We are looking for a committed and ambitious Communications Intern who is passionate about putting her/his skills into practice in a relatively new and fast-paced company. We are an early stage startup with two services: Innoflow - a case-solving software tool; that supports both online and offline innovation processes and SustainBase (non-profit) - an open innovation community, powered by Innoflow, that focuses specifically on sustainability challenges.

You will be given a high level of responsibility and get the opportunity to help establish and further develop the communication strategy for a company that is striving to make a real impact and make way for a better world.

The ideal candidate is:

• Passionate about contributing to a better, more sustainable world
• An excellent communicator with a flair for grammar
• Educated within a relevant field of study or/and has relevant professional experience
• Fluent in English (and preferably also one of the Scandinavian languages)
• Curious, creative and committed
• Flexible and used to multitasking
• Able to work equally well independently and in a group

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and execution of the overall communication strategy
• Administration of various social media channels
• Creating written content of various types
• Communicating with all relevant actors
• Carrying out and producing interviews (text/video)
• Video editing and image processing
