We’re looking for a communications coordinator for our Brand and Creative team, who will help us localize and expand our marketing content.
You will be part of the Marketing function, based in Copenhagen, but your role will have an international focus and you’ll work with a variety of different functions and markets. You are the perfect candidate, if you have impeccable native English skills, you are great at juggling multiple projects at once, have experience in localizing content and working with website texts. Additionally, you are keen to apply your project marketing and stakeholder management skills to developing our content calendar.
What You’ll Do
Own and continuously optimize the copy across the whole website along with translation to all languages
Create and edit compelling short form copy for product marketing, event briefs, blog and social media channels
Project manage, create and edit employee, partner and stakeholder created content for the marketing content calendar
Collaborate with graphic and motion graphic designers on producing branded assets
Create close partnerships with customers and partners across all markets to create customer testimonial assets including videos, case studies and press quotes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales and People and Culture on creating brochures, partner material and ambassador program content
REQUIREMENTS
Recent graduate with English, Communications, Linguistics, Public Relations or International Marketing degree, with 2-3+ years of experience from an internship or an entry-level role
Flawless native-level English verbal and writing skills that demonstrate creativity, impeccable command of grammar and the ability to write in numerous formats.
The ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically in at least one or two other languages such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German or Spanish.
Motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude, who is eager to learn and has an eye for visually arresting design
A high-energy individual with the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time effortlessly, while staying on deadline and delivering excellent results
Experience with localizing copy and working with freelancers and agencies to deliver high-quality translations
Analytical and results driven person, who is not afraid of measurement, analytics and reporting
Experience with CMS systems such as WordPress or Drupal mandatory
Previous experience identifying brand ambassadors among customers, conducting interviews with stakeholders, transcribing copy, working with subtitles
