The Position

We are searching for a UX/UI designer to join our growing team at Pier47 on Langelinie. We have experienced a high demand for our services and have rapidly developed to keep up with demand. We are now looking to add a designer to the team who is able to ensure that our software continues to grow in a coherent and aesthetically pleasing fashion.

As our software platform continually expands, one of our main challenges is to create hierarchy between features of the platform while ensuring intuitive navigation. We also want to maintain a standard for how our UI develops - it should be a pleasure to work with and be inviting for the end-user.

You will be working closely with our CEO to define, conceptualize and design new features of the platform. Once the initial design is prepared you will be responsible for the hand-off to the developers and diligently monitor the incremental progress of the actual implementation. In summary, you will have significant influence on the full-cycle product design process. Part of your time will also be spent on the nitty-gritty details of our design assets such e.g. iconography and component libraries.

We expect you to:

• Have extensive experience from software product design
• Be located in Copenhagen area
• Take ownership of your work and follow features from beginning to end
• Have experience with digesting feature requirements and converting it to intuitive design
• Have a keen eye for details and strong sense of aesthetics

It’s a plus if you:

• Have experience with modern UI tools such as Sketch or Figma
• Have experience with processes for design handoff for development
