Description:

  • Employing creative tactics in designing/improving the customer success and support structure within the company.
  • Collecting information across multiple channels and pass high-quality data analyses across your team’s performance and execution of tasks per customer.
  • Taking deliverable responsibilities in filling customer requests with detailed reporting to the customer success manager.
  • Working closely with the customer success management team as a part of a high performing team. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and for you to take responsibility in contributing to the common team effort.
