Airtame is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support to join our Infrastructure team. This team is responsible for maintaining Airtame on-prem and Cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on automation.

As we continue to grow, we’re trying to apply a DevOps approach to internal IT, under an overall Infrastructure strategy. This is an ideal position for someone who wants to grow together with the team and gain competence in different areas.

Tasks

• Troubleshooting technical issues, providing end user support to employees.
• Onboarding and educating new hires.
• Identifying and automating repetitive tasks.
• Helping implement processes that balance an open IT environment with security enterprise needs.

Requirements

• You’re proactive and communicative.
• You have a can-do attitude and enjoy learning new things.
• You strive to automate repetitive tasks wherever possible.
• You can commit around 10-15 hours a week (we’re flexible).

Bonus points

• Background in a related technical field.
• Basic experience troubleshooting Windows, macOS or Linux issues.
• Basic experience with scripting languages - ideally in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
