As a Sales Coordinator, you will form part of sub-sales team consisting of 1 experienced Sales Consultant and 1 Sales Coordinator. Together you will form a formidable team where you both are responsible for meeting common team targets such as number of meetings booked and sales budget, which your bonus scheme will also be dependent on.

You will start out as a Sales Coordinator, where your main role will be to identify and book meetings for the Sales Consultants. The career goal is for you to learn the ropes in the best way possible and quickly move onto becoming a full blown Sales Consultant with responsible for your own sub-sales team and the whole sales cycle.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for booking demos with qualified leads
• Research new markets and create a pipeline of potential leads 
• Qualify new leads and follow up on warm leads 
• Identify points of contact and reach out to prospective customers via outbound calls, emails and social media 
• Make an average of 75 outbound calls to prospects daily
• Maintain and nurture relationships with potential customers 
• Reach and exceed key performance indicators/targets 
• Stay updated on industry news

Qualifications/Profile:

• Positivity, ambitious, determined and eager to learn
• Acceptance of failure and ability to adjust
• Ability to turn a "no" into a "yes" through consultative questioning and coping with rejection 
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, any other languages are a big plus as we target global markets.
• Team player attitude  
• Experience in a new business generation
• Some sales experience can be an advantage
