Can you handle complexity that comes from serving very different customer groups - smallholder farmers, local agri companies, international corporations - on various technologies? Do you have experience in leading a team of developers - maybe as CTO of a startup?

We need a bright mind to:

• help translate complexity from serving customers of any size and across industries into beautifully simple digital platform solutions

• guide the implementation in our international team of front-end and backend developers

• write yourself clean React Native & Ruby software for web, Android phones and feature phones (innovative USSD)

You need to lead the implementation in an agile way and be comfortable to re-prioritise with changing customer requests.
