Fresh.Land is an award-wining, fast-growing, and profitable food startup. Our platform allows farmers to deliver their products directly to retailers and consumers, cutting the middlemen. The result is products only 4 days from harvest, that customers fall in love with once they try.
We are looking to reinforce our customer support team. You will act as a liaison between us and the customers, providing them with product/services information and resolving any emerging issues. The best customer support representatives are genuinely excited to help customers. They can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
The position is an internship based out of Copenhagen. After the internship, your performance will be evaluated. If you meet the bar, you will receive a full-time offer.
Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat)
Acknowledging and resolving customer issues
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary
Native in Danish
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
University degree
