The Desired Candidate for the Job
You are experienced in running a data-driven product-setup, where digital acquisition and customer service plays a crucial role. Grandhood is delivering an occupational pension plan for SMEs and their employees. Thus, we are truly B2B-2C and therefore we also have two important conversions to maximize, i.e. the business owners and the employees. Moreover, increasing savings rates is an important KPI. You need to have experience in building a mobile first product with an extraordinary track record of maximizing conversion rates both on businesses and end-users.
You understand the chaos and lack of structure that describes a start-up and enjoys seeking the opportunities that it provides. You are turned on by the high ambitions and growth expectations and sees it as an attractive challenge to build up an international company from “nothing”. As important as your background, we focus on your leadership approach and competencies in order to take on this role.
You might have a software engineering background with a solid understanding of data analysis, commercialisation of digital products and business strategy. You are obsessed with customers and everything you do is centered around building a customer experience that is second to none.

As VP of Product you will play a key role in the expansion of Grandhood, where you will drive the overall strategy of Product, but also thrive on more operational tasks. You will run our Product team, be part of management and report to the CEO. Furthermore, you will have cross-organisational touch points, e.g. Tech, Marketing and Asset Management.
