Within our Customer Success team, you’d be working with an international group of colleagues who are passionate, fun and supportive!

Requirements

• Patient, polite and consistent.
• Eager to learn about the wonderful world of wireless technology.
• Enthusiastic about talking with customers on a daily basis.
• Happy to assist with proactive projects related to customer retention and advocacy.
• Interested in how teams within a tech company communicate - you’ll be helping to channel feedback between internal stakeholders,
• Fluent in English - any additional language is a bonus.

Tasks

• Learning the ropes of support - communicating with leads and customer on Intercom and AirCall.
• Assisting with more long-term projects - including communication for Airtame Cloud’s upcoming subscription programme.
• Offering feedback on processes - continually helping the team improve upon existing documentation, visual guides.
• Attending product-related workshops and meetings where everyone is welcome to contribute.
