About

For the fall semester 2019 Talenthub is currently looking for an intern to join our sales and marketing department in our Copenhagen office. You will be working with both sales and marketing tasks, but your main focus will be to contact potential clients (B2B sales), presenting Talenthub and our product at client meetings and to prepare marketing material such as online advertisement and newsletters.To succeed in this role you must be a committed and goal oriented individual with a positive can-do attitude. Also, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


What you will be doing

Within the first 2 weeks, you will:

  • Absorb a ton of information about the product, our customers and the company in general. The overall purpose is to ensure that you develop an understanding of the traditional sales process and customer journey and how our product creates value for our clients
  • Meet your new colleagues and managers. In Talenthub a big part of our culture is that everyone feels at home and like a part of the team meaning that you will engage in on-boarding modules with both managers and colleagues
  • Learn about the different technologies which we use in our daily work processes to ensure high performance across the organisation

 Within the first month, you will:

  • Understand and participate in different parts of the sales process. We expect that you will have the ability to reach out to potential customers in a professional and knowledgeable way.
  • Observe other sales representatives on sales meetings in order for you to gain an even bigger understanding of the clients
  • Start jumping on the phone/email/inmail in order for you to engage in quality conversations with potential new customers, where you’re able to methodically create awareness about the product and the value offerings that Talenthub presents for their clients.
  • Start building your own pipeline of sales meetings.

Within the second month, you will: 

  • Have a regular routine for your tasks and be able to manage your own tasks and responsibilities
  • Start booking and confirm sales meetings on a weekly basis
  • Take increasingly control of the sales meetings that you are participating in
  • Now that you are an expert in the Talenhub product value offerings and know the business processes we wish for you to start working on your own marketing, product development or sales project in order for Talenthub to improve the current work processes, product value or another area in which you have been able to identify a need for action. This is where you can begin to unfold your creativity and create valuable insights for the company 

Within the third month, you will:

  • Be completely self-sufficient on the sales meetings that you participate in
  • Start signing your first clients and increase your weekly number of bookings
  • Present the results of your business development project/survey for your manager and colleagues.
  • Be able to participate positively and constructively in discussions about the product, sales processes etc.


What do you need to qualify for this position?

Skills:

  • Strong verbal skills, you are proficient in English (Danish speaking is not a requirement). If you speak any foreign languages it is considered a plus
  • You are proactive and result oriented
  • You are good with people and able to build strong relationships with both clients and other stakeholders
  • You are outgoing and have the capability to push boundaries with existing and new clients
  • You are creative and can think of new ways of doing things

Work experience
Work experience within sales and marketing is not a requirement but it will be a strong advantage if you have relevant experience within sales, customer support, marketing activities like SEM or similar.


 Educational level
We imagine that you are studying service management, International Sales & Marketing Management, Commerce management or something alike. You must as a minimum be on your 4 semester. For our internships, we employ the people who are most suitable for the company, so we encourage you to apply for the position even though you do not have all the competencies listed above. As this is an internship we are looking for students who are eager and willing to learn

As an intern, you will be faced with many different tasks giving you a lot of experience within different business areas. During the internship programme, you will have a mentor from your department and you will work in close collaboration with the rest of our sales team to ensure your professional and personal development throughout the programme.
