We want to develop our technical team and look for someone who will lead our development effort. A person who wants to be a part of the WTMG family and from our office help our customers with their digital IT projects while inhouse business development is in focus.

What you will do as a CTO 

• Construct, build and maintain effective, reusable and reliable code
• Be in the process of developing new products and services, from start to finish
• Ensure that code, test and documentation are of high quality
• API connections
• Always look for new solutions if you come across patrols, that is, identify security issues and performance issues
• Build and lead development team
• Exceed customer expectations
• Have fun at work

A technological enthusiast who knows his stuff and is hungry for new knowledge. You are a leader with creative thinking that is passionate about educating people. We have high ceilings and everyone's opinions are taken seriously. We have free working hours, which means that you can largely decide for yourself when and where you want to work - as long as you manage your work tasks. We therefore believe that you are responsible, structured and happy to plan your own time. As our projects often have a high technical degree, previous experience from development and a knowledge to understand the web from a user perspective are required. You are preferably a full-stack developer with an interest in creating things, both in terms of code and organization. That's why we'd love to see you: 

• Have 4+ years work experience
• Speak fluent Swedish and understands English
• Have experience in building customer relationships
• Has good communication, both in writing and speech in Swedish
• Are a social chameleon and used to many contact surfaces
• Like to lead and work in teams

Think development is exciting and should have: 

• Worked and mastered: CSS, PHP, JavaScript and Wordpress
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Are used at version management systems such as Git or Bitbucket
• Previously worked with framework for JavaScript such as React or Angular
• Are used to time estimate and work towards deadlines
• Experience and knowledge in SASS is a big plus.
• A curious mind and interested in familiarizing yourself with other languages ​​/ platforms
• Experience of developing pages from an SEO perspective is an advantage
