We need a strong and experienced profile to:
- Educate an agile team on Agile values and methodologies (specifically Scrum) as well as role model techniques and behaviors
- Collaborate with the local agile coach and on gathering learnings and knowledge on process, implementation and opportunities for improvement
- Lead and influence the agile transformation inside an agile team
- Facilitate agile ceremonies for the agile team, being responsible for the agile process.
