Customer Success Manager

We are currently looking for a talented customer success manager that will assist us in reaching out to and following-up on a growing number of Danish B2B clients.

 

Your Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, we expect you to be highly professional and take ownership of your own results. You will be part of our customer team and play an important role in engaging, onboarding and retaining our customers. Among others, you will:

  • Manage our leads pipeline and identify new leads.
  • Researching potential customers and prepare customer meetings.
  • Participate in B2B enterprise customer meetings with business executives, demonstrating our software to the client.
  • Onboarding new customers and setting up our software for the client.
  • Support and following-up on customer inquiries.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and gather customer feedback.
  • Ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would be ambitious and hard-working, service-minded, independent, detailed oriented, and a quick learner. You thrive working in a dynamic team and is working smoothly with others. The candidate must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with nurturing B2B enterprise clients, preferably working with ERP, HRIS or SaaS solutions.
  • A bachelor degree from a relevant business school or university, preferably with some courses in IT and Business Administration.
  • Tech-savvy and a super-user of CRM systems, Microsoft Office as well as other professional software.
  • You are fluent in written and oral Danish and English.
  • Working permission in Denmark.
