As a Talent & Project Manager at Upbeater you’ll be responsible for finding, staffing and overseeing project work. You’ll also be responsible for supporting the students we work with to make sure that they have what they need to deliver on target and are offered the right tools to get closer to reaching their career dreams after graduation.

Main responsibilities:

• Make sure that our Stockholm squad team of 13-26 student spots is filled with the best students (Upbeaters) at all times.

• Manage the squad team and the employees' (the students) project work.

• Take responsibility for the students talent journey and help them get closer to reaching their career dreams.

• Together with closest manager and other talent managers, continuously develop tools and ways to improve our work on talent attraction, and talent development.

• Together with business developers and projects managers ensure that delivery expectations are met,

• Be the point of contact and support for students.

• In general, be part of improving processes, business development- and outreach strategies
