BotSupply is one of the fastest growing chatbot startups in Europe on a mission "To be the go-to chatbot solution for enterprises by providing an intelligent, user-friendly, and secure chatbot CMS that allows anyone to create and manage chatbots." Founded in 2016, BotSupply is now being used in over 6 countries and is expanding rapidly.

We are looking for a natural self-starter who sees things through from start to finish, and who learns from every mistake. The role will define, deliver and execute the strategy of building and expanding BotSupply in your home country. There are excellent opportunities for growth within the company and success will only be limited by the ability of the candidate.

The chosen candidates will kickstart their BotSupply careers by participating in a paid 3-6 months training and assessment programme at our HQ in Copenhagen. At the end of the programme selected candidates will get offered the position as Country Manager & Venture Developer. The role can either be based out of our HQ or in any major city in your home country.

We currently have openings in countries across Northen Europe, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Role

• Working closely with the BotSupply management
• Take total responsibility for the success/failure of BotSupply in your home country
• Take on your own projects and explore new possibilities to achieve your goals
• Hire, fire, train and manage people
• Collaborate with other country managers

Requirements

• A marketing, business administration or economics student in their final year of studies (exceptions can be made)
• Among the top 10% performers in your year/class
• Previous internship experience in consulting or investment banking is preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Streetsmart, energetic and willing to take field work
• Your communication strength enables you to exchange information with your team as well as with external partners
• Leader and a fast learner, enthusiastic about how enterprises can utilize new technologies to gain competitive advantages
• Fast mover and technical abilities
• You feel comfortable in the start-up environment and you can possibly imagine later to start something yourself
