Penneo is a growing team doing impactful work in the area of digital signature. We improve workflows but also increase security and compliance when it comes to online signature. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate Marketing Content & SoMe Specialist to join our team. This role crosses over to most of marketing channels in our company, especially content, field marketing, and social medias.

Task division in the job:

• 40% content management
• 40% field marketing
• 20% social medias communication

Skills and requirements:

• Native English speaker or similar to native level and highly appreciated « native » level in Danish, additional Scandinavian language skills is a plus
• Polished & creative written and verbal communication
• High passion for tech environment, online security and startups sphere
• Self-guided. Ability to envision bigger picture and execute on it
• Sharp. Attention to detail
• Knowledge of email marketing and the tools that accompany it.
• Marketing analysis. Ability to concisely report on the results of marketing campaigns
• 2-3 years experience creating engaging written content, from sales materials and marketing emails to social media posts and blogs
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, Master’s degree preferred
• Interest about eID industry and experience in B2B/SaaS is a huge plus
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Indesign) and/or video/photo skills is a plus

Job description:

• Writes web marketing and promotional content, and coordinates content creation & publishing of landing pages and other digital properties.
• Assist in development and execution of marketing and sales materials
• Assist with client engagement, such as business cases, infographics, newsletters, etc.
• Grow and keep social media channels engaged
• Assist in developing and writing content for blog, LinkedIn articles, etc.
• Plan and execute internal and external events for lead generation and client engagement, such as webinars, user conferences, and trade shows
• Design and manage all components of events and campaigns, including onsite logistics, social and email marketing strategy, marketing materials and collateral, etc.
• Take ownership of Penneo’s blog
