Integrify is a growing tech-company with a mission. We focus on teaching coding to talented and motivated immigrants and connecting them with work. In 2018 over 60 students started in our web development program eager to start their tech career in Finland. 80% of the graduates are now working as junior web developers. Our curriculum focuses on Javascript, React.js, Node.js and follows the most recent technological trends. Now we are broadening our services with Python Program.

We are looking for an experienced developer to lead the Python program and the developer team around it. The course program is pragmatic and there will be actual customer projects around the learning assignments. A 9-month long, open source curriculum concentrating on machine learning applications around Python will be created and designed for the program´s purposes. As a technological lead of the program, you will have an influence on the topics and methods around the curriculum.

Total of 60 students will go through the program before the end of 2020, so the program is considerable in its scale and influence and is expected to draw attention in the tech sector in Finland.

As the technological lead of the program, you will be overseeing the progress of the program, determining the software architecture for the customer and learning projects, overseeing teams of junior developers and taking charge of end-to-end delivery.

What you will do is:

• Lead and improve the machine learning concentrated Python program.
• Develop the architecture for customer projects and lead them
• Build and manage teams around the program
• Revise and improve the teaching curriculum for the participants based on our existing approach

We expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in working with Python
• 10 customer projects under your belt
• Excellent command of the English language
• Previous leadership/management experience is a major plus
