Join a young start up which strives to deliver the new generation of 3D software to game companies in Scandinavia. This position is an exciting entry into the administration of our newly funded start up and a unique opportunity of helping build a new company from the ground up. You will greatly influence the future of company and the vision of our products.
As the Business Development Manager, you will work in close relation to the two founders and help achieve and form the vision of the company. You will be the outwards face along with the CEO towards customers and business stakeholders.
We are a start up, which means that each team member holds a large responsibility for the day to day management of the company. You can expect to take on tasks outside your comfort area and to grow with the responsibility.
The position is paid, full-time. You will be offered to join the shareholder group on attractive terms. This may leave you with a significant amount of shares and let you be part of the entrepreneurial team.
What you’ll be doing
✓ Market analysis, customer analysis, go-to-market strategic planning
✓ Hold an overview of the company’s finances and sales numbers
✓ The marketing and sales of products, including the development of the sales and marketing plans
✓ Allocation of cost and expenses of the company
✓ Customer outreach and communications
✓ Anything else the start up life throws our way
Who you are
You have an understanding of B2B sales in the tech industry and understands the customers’ needs and requirements. You can manage to structure our sales activities and drive the sales at the same time, with a persuasive attitude. You are an empathetic person who believes in healthy company culture that values morals and ethics over profit.
What we expect from you
✓ Relevant business education
✓ An understanding of, and an ability to learn about, B2B software sales
✓ Great communication skills in Danish and English
✓ An understanding and an interest in the technologies involved with our product
