Airtame is a wireless screen sharing device that plugs into the HDMI port of your TV or projector. We make it possible for schools and businesses to easily share content from computer to a shared screen.


We are looking for a Technical Support Representative who will provide excellent technical assistance, and help reassure users through presenting thoughtful solutions and communicating that you care about their experience with Airtame.

You will join our international Customer Success Team, where we all strive to help our customers throughout the onboarding, activation, and retention phases to make their journey enjoyable.

Tasks:

  • Help our customers, big or small, with fully deploying Airtame into their organizations. That involves everything from troubleshooting with Airtame itself, to solving contextual issues related to a user’s computer, access points, or the existing network setup within a particular setting.
  • Serve as a technical expert when covering correspondence via live chat, email, phone calls, and customer visits.
  • Work alongside our sales representatives to help customers complete full rollouts of Airtame and, occasionally, help train resellers.
  • Channel feedback to the rest of the company, especially when collaborating with our engineering team to troubleshoot and define bugs as well as track their impact and fixes.
  • Contribute to the ongoing internal learning and success of our team by sharing knowledge through mentorship and collaboration.


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a position providing technical support through clear written and verbal communication.
  • Service-minded and attentive to giving customers the best possible support and experience with our products.
  • Tech-savvy and excited about the future of technology trends.
  • Highly-motivated team player with a drive for getting things done and seeing unforeseen challenges as exciting ways for improvement.
  • Willing to research and learn more complex skills related to networking, sys-admin, and log file debugging.
  • Excellent English communication skills.


Bonus points:

  • Understanding the principles of wireless streaming technology.
  • Hands-on experience with corporate network administration, multicast & VLANs management.
  • Experience with content writing for creating self-help articles and tutorials for our customers.
  • Experience providing customer service to a wide range of customers, from small businesses to big enterprises and educational institutions, with different levels of computer knowledge.
