At Famly, we’re looking for a part-time Student Video Producer to join our team in Copenhagen and to help us further build our brand. We have many different tasks for you across the company, and we’ll need your help on everything from producing videos, editing recordings, and helping us come up with new ideas.

Famly is on a mission to completely transform the childcare industry. Yeah - we know! It's certainly not fintech, although we do have plenty of financial features in our product. We might not be the latest social media influencer platform, AI company, or produce ride-sharing skateboards. But we do work in an industry where the work we do has a very real chance to ease stress, and save time for those who nurture and educate children. By doing so, it's a chance to have a positive effect on the lives of the children themselves.

As a Video Producer at Famly you will be a big part of maintaining the quality of the brand and making our video content better. We make news shows, interview industry experts, and create visually appealing onboarding and training content. You’d be here to help improve all of that, but also to come up with your own ideas to push our brand and content forward.


We're looking for a talented, flexible and curious producer who is ready to take ownership of the video production process at Famly from start to finish.

What you will be doing:


A few of your tasks and responsibilities:

• Take ownership of video creative and ideas, helping us to use video better across the company.
• Take a lead on filming video and complete most of the editing process.
• Plan and produce videos for all media channels in close collaboration with the marketing and customer success teams.
• Work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to identify and make use of current video trends online.
• In collaboration with our Head of Content plan, set up and edit interviews with employees, customers and leading industry experts.
• Work closely with our Customer Support Team on creating and editing onboarding and training videos
• Take part in offline events in order to film material for our content library.

What you have been doing:


We’re looking for a person who:

• Has experience with video production, filming, and editing. 
• Has competence with video editing software, DSLR cameras, and sound hardware.
• Has an understanding of lighting, composition, and audio techniques.
• Is a great storyteller who can understand the audience and purpose of a video, and ensure it hits those targets.
• Is a natural people-person who can help guide others through the video process, even when it doesn’t come naturally to them.
